Adrenal Fatigue

Adrenal fatigue is a collections of signs and symptoms caused by chronic low level stress. The constant stress caused by our environment beat up our adrenal glands and over time they begin to function at a sub-optimal level. The main symptom being a chronic fatigue or tiredness that is not remedied by sleep. This is a syndrome that can really wreak havoc on your life. Low energy and tiredness are among the most common reasons patients seek help from a doctor. Despite being so common, it is often challenging to come up with a diagnosis, as many medical problems can cause fatigue. It can be frustrating for clinicians and patients when a clear-cut diagnosis remains elusive.
